Emily Phillips, a Region 1 Youth rider, was selected as one of the riders in the new USEF Dressage Youth/Pony Pilot Program which was spearheaded by Lendon Gray. Emily has had an exceptional year in Dressage, including two Championships in Region 1, High Point Champion at Scottsdale 2009, and two Top Tens at her first Youth Nationals.
