Historic Joder Arabian Ranch

Joder Arabian Ranch (JAR) is a long established equestrian center and wildlife refuge located in Boulder County, near the famed mountain town of Boulder, Colorado. We must emphasize the unique nature of this property due to its size, characteristics and location--it is truly one-of-a-kind. It has been owned by the Joder family since its purchase by Anna Best Joder in 1954. JAR contains 330 acres of varied terrain at elevations ranging from 5600' to 6300' above sea level and bounded by or very close to Boulder City/County Open Space or National Forest on three sides. Access to JAR is off of Highway 36, approximately three miles north of the Broadway and Highway 36 intersection of the town of Boulder in Section 25, Township 2N, Range 71W. The ranch's location, only three minutes from Boulder and 60 minutes from the Denver International Airport, is superb for the active lifestyle and international traveler. The physical address is: 7497 N. Foothills Hwy., Boulder, CO 80302.
