The purpose of AHA Region 7 is to promote, encourage and stimulate popular interest in the outstanding using qualities of the Arabian Horse, to formulate publicity and educational programs in the interest of the Arabian Horse owner, club and enthusiast, to foster and encourage good relations between members, to promote and coordinate Arabian horse show activities throughout AHA Region 7, and to hold the Arabian and Half-Arabian Region 7 Championship Horse Show.
AHA Region 12 is proud of its history and of the part it plays in the larger Arabian industry. It encompasses the largest geographic region in AHA, ranging down the eastern coast from North Carolina to Florida and from Tennessee to Mississippi on the Gulf Coast. Region XII also hosts several of the premier Arabian showcases in the nation, including an early May Regional.
Arabian Horse Association of Arizona Since 1955 the Annual Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show has set the pace in the Arabian horse world. It has grown from 50 horses to nearly 2000 horses bringing top owners, trainers and breeders from around the world competing for a chance at winning.
The history of the Arabian Horse Association of Florida dates back to the early 1950's when a group in south Florida who loved the Arabian horse banded together to plan the future of the Arab in the state. Among those active in organizing the association then were Mrs. Diane Schwartzberg, Mr. and Mrs. John Vance, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smathers, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Flick and Ms. Liz Langford. Shortly thereafter the Florida Association became a member of the International Arabian Horse Association. The primary purposes of the Florida Association are to promote the Arabian horse in the state, to maintain the annual high point awards and futurity programs and to encourage shows throughout the state.

The Santa Ynez Valley Arabian Horse Association originally began as an Arabian Breeders club over 30 years ago. It was formed to bring together people interested in advancing and promoting the Arabian and Half-Arabian horse. It has since evolved into an AHA Region II affiliated association that host both Regional and National Championship Competitive Trail rides, a variety of general meetings, as well as a membership organization for people who show, race, breed, or pleasure ride their Arabian & Half Arabian horses.
