Om El Arab Open House
Following the success at the Arabian Breeders World Cup, the party moved west to the spectacular valley of Santa Ynez, California. There family and friends - some old and some new - gathered to enjoy delicious food and wine while viewing some extraordinary Arabian horses. First came, “The Beauties" This group consisted of young mares and fillies. For many, the highlight of the group was the exquisite Om El Excella, dam of Om El Erodite, the filly that instantly became world-famous when Ms. Patricia Dempsey of Beloveds Farm purchased her at the Marquise Auction in February 2017. Almost immediately, Erodite was named ABWC Supreme Gold Champion Yearling Filly and later, she was named Salon du Cheval World Bronze
Varian Arabians Hands-On Clinic
This past April, a diverse group of equine enthusiasts gathered at Varian Arabians in Arroyo Grande, California for some serious fun. The event, “The Varian Hands-On Clinic”, featured guest speakers, expert horsemen and women: Lester Buckley, Brett and Marjie Becker, Jaime Hernandez, and Mike Perez who assisted the participants in taking their horse skills to new levels. This was truly a hands-on experience with many people bringing their own personal horses to the event so they had a chance to work with them and be guided in new techniques by the coaches. The 2017 Salon du Cheval d'El Jadida Morocco by Scott Bailey

His famed Albadeia Stud represents a family legacy of over seven decades and ten generations of Arabian horses.
