Leesa Massman’s horsemanship program is about everyone reaching their own personal goals with their horses. It’s about giving people the skills to confidently take their new horse on its first ride around the yard or head off to a national show feeling well prepared. The company of horses is something that can be enjoyed throughout life. As children, teens and young adults we often enjoy energetic, athletic adventures on horseback. When grandma’s back in the saddle again after 40 yrs hiatus or the kids are off to college and show mom of 15 yrs would secretly like to take a spin on her daughters abandoned horse still sitting in the barn it is a different story. Fears of speed, falling and loss of control can be overwhelming. Leesa can show you techniques to over come those fears, gain control and become victorious in your quest to become a more confident rider. Even people who are over the age of 40 and have never ridden should follow their dream and give it a try.
Women are often blessed with the wonderful gifts of compassion, gentleness, and patience. Utilizing these marvelous characteristics can produce amazing results. Even the skills learned from motherhood can be advantageous in horse training. Enjoying your horse is what it is all about. Having your horse enjoy their time with you doubles the reward. Don’t let anything stop you from the amazing experience!
