The Arabian Horse Network, better known by its web name,ArabHorse.com, extends a special invitation to the public to enjoy their Arabian Farm Tour five exciting days of Arabian horse industry festivities over an extended New Years weekend. These open barns and special presentations are a prelude to Scottsdales world renownedArizona Arabian Horse AssociationsFebruary Show.ArabHorse.comserves the industry both nationally and internationally with internet marketing solutions and creative promotions for the breed and the lifestyle associated with owning Arabians.
Scottsdale is home to many of the Arabian industrys most prestigious farms and training facilities. Horse buyers travel from the corners of the globe to purchase horses here. Area residents and out-of-town visitors alike are invited to enjoy this unique facet of Scottsdale living during the long Holiday weekend. Each day features special open farm events and the public is welcome to attend one or every event at no charge. Participating farms enjoy a well deserved reputation for throwing great parties and are ready to share their passion for the Arabian horse with their guests.
"Scottsdale is recognized as the World Capital of the Arabian horse, says Scott Bailey,ArabHorse.comfounder, and traditionally, some farms in Scottsdale have hosted New Years parties or open barns. The Tour has gained in popularity since it's inception in 2007. This year we are expanding the number of participating farms and activities. There is no actual admission charge to attend any of the Tour events but we encourage people to participate in our raffles and auctions that will be occuring during each event to raise funds forHealing Hearts Animal Rescue & Refuge. The economic downturn has created some very difficult situations for horses and we are pleased to draw attention to the need for help with our Farm Tour events. We encourage people to join the fun and at the same time help a very worthy cause."
Those interested in Arabian horses have an array of opportunities to visit farms, see and touch the beautiful horses and get acquainted with many of Scottsdales most prominent Arabian people. This is a great entertainment opportunity for people who have visiting friends and family, says Bailey. The Tour farms stage open barns complete with refreshments or perhaps a wine tasting along with informal showing of horses and a lot of fun and camaraderie.
