2021 Arabian Breeders World Cup Postponed

PRESS RELEASE: 1.28.21

The Arabian Horse Breeders Alliance will be rescheduling its April 2021 Arabian Breeders World Cup Horse Show held in Las Vegas, Nevada, with exact dates to be announced soon.

The difficult decision to postpone the World Cup Arabian Horse Show was made out of an abundance of caution to safeguard show participants, sponsors, guests and employees from coronavirus. While every indication showed that our participants and sponsors were behind our efforts to hold The World Cup Arabian Horse Show in April, based upon the current restrictions issued by the State of Nevada, the South Point Resort, and USEF we decided it would be prudent at this time reschedule our show for later in the year, at an outdoor venue. By moving our event to a later date in 2021, it will allow for our nation’s vaccination efforts to take place and ensure the safety of everyone involved. By moving our event to an outdoor venue, safety requirements will not be as restrictive and will allow us to provide the great show the Arabian Breeders World Cup has become.

We have begun reviewing venues and dates and plan to announce our new date and venue soon. We want to ensure that all necessary safety protocols are put in place and that we are able to provide participants and spectators a safe environment while still providing a great experience.

We appreciate the support of the Arabian horse community regarding this decision and look forward to a great show.
