Dubai - International Arabian Horse Championship

The Dubai International Arabian Horse Championships (DIAHC) remains the most prestigious show in the Middle East. Run under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, the DIAHC celebrated 10 years in 2013. Traditionally held as the last show in the Middle Eastern winter/spring calendar, the DIAHC hosts classes for the best horses from across the Arabian Gulf. As well as halter, there are also holds ridden classes and a showcase for the endurance/racehorses that are so central to Middle Eastern equine life. With classes full of beautiful Arabians, and set in the popular tourist spot of Dubai, this show is a favourite with many around the world.
